Where clients get stuck
How I help
Where I fit in
Coaching is most useful in a few recurring moments. These are the three I see most.
Decide faster, trust it more
Think clearly when the stakes are high, weigh trade-offs honestly, and stop second-guessing for weeks.
Say the hard thing and keep the relationship
Say what needs saying — to your board, your team, or yourself — without over-softening it or waiting too long.
Lead like the title already fits
Build the habits, instincts, and presence the next level of leadership actually requires.
Ways to work together
Engagement models
Different problems call for different amounts of time. Here's how engagements are usually structured.
The Standing Session
Biweekly sessions for individual leaders working through an active stretch of their role.
The Reset
A short, concentrated engagement built around one transition, decision, or conflict.
The Room
Working sessions with a leadership team navigating change together.
About Trevor
Trevor is a coach working with executives and individuals navigating transitions. He trained as an integral coach through the Centre for Coaching in Switzerland and holds an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. The integral approach treats leadership growth as more than a single problem to solve: it works with how someone thinks, feels, relates to others, and shows up physically under pressure — not just their next decision — to create lasting change, build skills and competencies, and give people tools for approaching new challenges.
Trevor has spent over 14 years at Salesforce leading Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams across the U.S. and Europe, most recently as Senior Director of Solutions Engineering for Salesforce's Public Sector business. He's worked at the intersection of technology strategy and organizational change — helping government agencies, global enterprises, and growth-stage companies move from requirements to real-world adoption, with experience spanning AI-led customer relationship management, marketing, sales, integration, communications, and operations.
"Working with Trevor changed how I show up in the room. I make decisions faster and I trust them more."Former Coachee Recent Client
